　　新华社日内瓦2月5日电（记者凌馨 陈俊侠）世界卫生组织5日在日内瓦总部宣布，启动应对新型冠状病毒疫情的“战略准备和应对方案”，旨在为不同国家或地区层面制定疫情应对计划提供指导。

　　在当天举行的新闻发布会上，世卫组织总干事谭德塞宣布启动“战略准备和应对方案”，为各国预防、检测和诊断新型冠状病毒传播提供支持。谭德塞说，这一方案需要在未来3个月获得约6.75亿美元的资金支持。世卫组织计划将其中6150万美元用于该机构应对疫情的行动，而剩余资金则会提供给防控风险较高或需要帮助的国家。

　　据世卫组织介绍，这一方案将着重通过快速建立国际合作和技术支持、提升各国防控水平以及加快推进重点研发和创新工作等方式，来遏制新型冠状病毒的进一步传播，尤其是为那些可能需要应对疫情暴发的卫生系统最脆弱的国家提供支持。此外，这一方案还将有助于尽早确诊、隔离和照料病患，交流关键信息，加速诊断、治疗及疫苗方面的研发工作，以及降低社会和经济负面影响等。

　　谭德塞4日曾呼吁相关国家抓住疫情防控“窗口期”，敦促公共和私营部门加强合作，致力于诊疗手段、药物和疫苗的研发。
